The life-changing butter dish. Pack the "bell" part of the dry lid firmly with a stick of softened butter (or your own homemade). Add 1/3 cup of cold water to the base, then invert the butter into the base. The water forms an airtight seal to keep your butter fresh, fluffy and spreadable for up to a week.
(Tip: For optimum freshness, refresh the water every couple of days.)
