Shipping

We aim to fulfill all online orders within two business days. Shipping speed and cost is decided by the customer at checkout.

 

Store Pickup

For store pickup orders, we aim to prepare all items for pickup within 1 business day. A notification will be sent to the email address on the order when items are ready for pickup.

Once an order is ready for pickup, items will be held for up to 7 days, after which unclaimed items will be restocked and a refund issued for store credit.

 

Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on verified purchases of unused merchandise, in its original packaging and all original tags. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Please email hello@monroeboston.com to coordinate an exchange.

For shipped returns, return requests must be made within 14 days of original purchase. We recommend shipping returns with tracking.  We are able to send a return label and deduct the return shipping cost from the refund. 

Gifts and purchases without a receipt may be returned for store credit, at the discretion of our staff.

Please note that all vintage items, sale items, and special orders are final sale. No exceptions.
