Refund policy

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We accept returns + exchanges on verified purchases within 30 days of purchase, for store credit only. Merchandise must be unused and in its original condition.

For shipped returns, return requests must be made within 14 days of original purchase. We recommend shipping returns with tracking. We are able to send a return label; return shipping cost will be deducted from the eligible store credit. Please email hello@monroeboston.com to coordinate a return or exchange.

Gifts and other purchases without receipts may be returned for store credit only.

Refunds are subject to management approval. Excessive or repeat returns may not be accepted.

Please note that all vintage items, original art, special orders (e.g. furniture and lighting), and sale items are final sale. No exceptions.
