Shipping policy

Shipping

We aim to fulfill all online orders within two business days. Shipping speed and cost is decided by the customer at checkout.

 

Store Pickup

For store pickup orders, we aim to prepare all items for pickup within 1 business day. A notification will be sent to the email address on the order when items are ready for pickup.

Once an order is ready for pickup, items will be held for up to 7 days, after which unclaimed items will be restocked and a refund issued for store credit.
