A favorite of chefs for good reason. Originating from the town of Maldon in
England, in the estuary of the River Blackwater, this sea salt is dried at a low temperature, resulting in flakes of a dazzling white color and signature pyramid shape.
Rich in trace elements and only slightly iodized, Maldon salt has a subtle, delicate and refined flavor without a trace of bitterness. Use it to finish meat and vegetable dishes, or sprinkle as a final touch on butter or sweet pastries.
