Make This: Peach & Mint Iced Tea

Our staffer Ana can never resist a creative iced drink or mocktail, so we set her loose to create a summery sipper using shop bestsellers. Her Peach & Mint Iced Tea stars  Darjeeling Tea by Oliver Pluff and our French Mountain Flower Honey.

Cheers!

Peach & Mint Iced Tea

5 cups water
4 bags Darjeeling tea
2 ripe peaches, sliced, plus more for garnish
1/4 cup honey
Ice cubes
Fresh mint leaves

In a small saucepan or stovetop kettle, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Remove water from heat, add the tea bags, and allow to steep for about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the peaches and honey with 1 cup of water. Bring to a simmer and cook until the peaches are soft, about 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from heat and strain the mixture to separate the cooked peaches from the syrup. (You can use these for a garnish or dessert.)

Remove the tea bags from the steeped tea. Add the peach syrup and stir well. Allow to cool, then refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes.

Serve chilled peach tea over ice and garnish with extra peaches and mint.
