From Maine-based artist Katharine Watson, each of these scarves is individually hand printed with a resist-block printing method and dyed with natural dye by a multi-generation family of block printers in Kutch, India.
We love these oversized scarves as a fall layer, a summer beach blanket, or a large wall hanging. Each piece is approximately 92" x 46" with selvedge edges on the long sides and hand-stitched edges on the short sides, and is made of light, high-quality 100% cotton.
We recommend hand-washing the scarves, or machine washing separately on cold. Hang dry.
Because each scarf is handmade, no two are exactly alike, and small inconsistencies are a normal part of the process.
